Z-shaped galvanized profile

Galvanized steel Z-profiles are manufactured by rolling from structural galvanized steel with first class zinc coating 275 gm/m2 and can be up to 3mm thick. The technological process includes a number of sequential steps, which are usually performed on special metalworking equipment. To cut into strips, rolled galvanized steel is cut on a longitudinal cutting line, as a result we have a strip of the required width. Profile rolling occurs on roll forming machines in a cold way. Roll forming machines are a successive series of rolls with rollers through which the strip is pulled and the desired profile section is gradually formed. During the rolling process, holes of the required size are punched for bolted connections.
